HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO STOP UNWANTED CALLS
It takes about 28 days to stop calls, due to telesales and marketing companies, having to refresh the call lists.

WHAT DO WE ACTUALLY DO FOR YOU?
Once registered with the CPR, we act on your behalf when any nuisance calls get through to the number you registered with us. In the event of any complaint, we act quickly and take action against the company or companies responsible. We request that your details are removed from their sales lists within 14 days.

Should they not comply with this request within 14 days, we pass on the details of the company to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or the equivalent body in your jurisdiction.

The small fee we charge for our service, covers you throughout the year and you can be assured that we work continuously on your behalf during this time. Our aim is to stop 100% of nuisance calls.

We will keep you informed of the progress we make with any company concerned. We will reply to you within 14 days with the companys' response and to advise you on any further measures we need to take.

CAN YOU STOP ALL CALLS
We aim to stop 100% of calls straight away, however we cannot stop companies illegally using the phone book to contact you, however, if you do receive a call simply fill in your "Unwanted Calls Form" and we will do the rest.

WILL I STILL GET PHONE CALLS FROM MY BANK/ISP/ENERGY SUPPLIERS.
We cannot stop you from receiving calls from companies that you are a customer with, however if you express your wish to those companies, then they will listen to your request.

CAN I REGISTER MORE THAN ONE NUMBER WITH YOU?
You can register as many numbers as you wish with the Call Prevention Registry.

CAN I REGISTER ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE?
You can register anyone you wish with ourselves, as we understand how important it is to have peace of mind for your loved ones, who sometimes will not understand computers. Please advise anybody you are registering to expect a call from ourselves to confirm their details and to advise on the optional services.

WHY DO WE CHARGE FOR OUR SERVICE?
Like all commercial organisations, we employ staff and have premises to operate from. The charge we make covers the cost of our service to you. We actively work on your behalf to prevent nuisance calls. We believe the small charge we make represents good value.

The cost for a 12 month subscription is just £39.99 or $69.00 AUSTRALIAN dollars

CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
Refunds can only be given within 7 days of registering. After which time, our service is active so therefore we have already incurred the costs associated with your subscription. If you wish to speak to a Customer Service Representative, then please contact us. We conduct our service in line with The Distance Selling Regulations which were introduced by the OFT in 2000.
